A romantic's dream and great honeymoon getaway! Overlooking the ocean near San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, this brand new 2,400 sq. ft. vacation house is complete and ready for anyone that is interested to come for a weekend of R&R or a week's vacation. It is two hours from Managua, has central A/C, a magnificent view of the Pacific, a full-time maid/cook and caretaker, a terrific swimming pool, and is only a short walk or drive from the beach.

It has three bedrooms, all with a private bath, and sleeps eight (2 rooms with queen size beds and one with 2 sets of bunk beds). We furnished it completely in September 2002 when we were there.
